2 Liverpool youngsters that Wenger must snap up in January

Ben Woodburn

The seventeen year old striker has been the talk of Liverpool this season after becoming the youngest goalscorer in Liverpool Football Club’s history when he struck against Leeds United in an EFL Cup quarter-final. The local youngster has been in the Liverpool academy set up since he was six years old, and is on the brink on making the first team.

In November last year, Woodburn put pen to paper and signed a new deal at Liverpool, on a long-term contract. Unfortunately for Arsene Wenger, this new contract will inevitably raise the Welshmen’s value – so if Arsenal want the striker, they will have to spend a few million pounds to land the hot prospect.
