It’s no wonder Sevilla are closely monitoring the teenager. However, Metro report Arsenal plan to outbid Sevilla and offer £25m for Kokcu, a figure the La Liga side will not be able to match.
As a result the Spanish side would have to look elsewhere to strengthen their squad.
