Arsenal are aiming to get back to winning ways having failed to win any of their past three Premier League matches.

Unai Emery saw his side achieve an impressive win midweek in the Europa League to bounce back from their second half capitulation at Watford last weekend.

A clean sheet would have given the Gunners confidence after conceding a staggering 24 shots to the Hornets.

Aston Villa are next up at The Emirates and Villa boss Dean Smith will be keen to test Arsenal’s shaky defence.

French striker Alexandre Lacazette is still sidelined for the North Londoners, so it’s over to club-record signing Nicolas Pepe to step-up to the mark after only creating one assist so far this season.

Calum Chambers and Rob Holding will be pushing for Premier League returns after impressing in Thursday’s 3-0 win over Frankfurt.

As for the visitors, Mahmoud Trezeguet returns to the fold after a one-match ban but whether he will start is a matter for Smith to consider.
