According to reports, Arsenal have resumed their interest in Moussa Dembele.

The Frenchman has gone from strength to strength since switching Celtic for Lyon last summer in a deal worth £19.7m.

Dembele’s return to his homeland has paid dividends, as he has flourished with 12 goals in 27 league games for Lyon, whilst also picking up four assists along the way.

The report also suggests that Manchester United are keeping tabs on the forward. Anthony Martial has signed a new deal, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen on strengthening his forward line.

Dembele was superb for during his two-year stint at Celtic

With Danny Welbeck out of contract in the summer, Emery supposedly wants to bring a proven forward to provide competition for Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Dembele could provide the penetration from the wide areas that the boss is craving for.
