Post-match views from the forum:

Clrnc: “Raya too short for that goal but certainly can’t blame him. Just poor game management overall from us.

Just a very Arteta European setup again. Poor overall and they have the 2 best chances while we have none. Can’t say we deserved anything more.”

Plutarch: “That was very poor from us to give away that goal. We should easily have controlled the situation. We haven’t really played well at all. Also, our corner routines, usually good, were getting us nowhere tonight and we should have tried something different. We should still beat them at home.”

Blood on the Tracks: “That was exceptionally poor. I have to blame Arteta.

Away from home in the CL trying to manage the game and not give much away is okay.

But if you do that with zero tempo or purpose, you get what you deserve.

Really unhappy with that though I still think we’ll go through but we’ve made it much harder than it needed to be.”
