Unbelievable how players don’t know how to shoot properly at this level. Isn’t shooting practice one of the more enjoyable aspects of training? Like a basketball player who can’t make free throws.

Seriously does my head in when our defenders (usually Mustafi), dive in brainlessly in areas where the opposition aren’t in position to be a threat and are actually anticipating the challenge. Holding’s young and been in decent form, so I’ll chalk this up to inexperience, but whatever the likes of Mustafi tells him about defending better go in one ear and out the other.
