Sp**s deserve zero credits. They should already have been docked of 10-15 points for their stadium behavior this season.

City's resources mean they pose a serious danger to the competitiveness of the league. It looked like, after last year, they were going to go on and completely dominate. Even if you don't want Pool to win it, at the very least you want someone to challenge them.
