No. But there is certainly a trend for Brazilians to lose motivation. For that reason id put Ronaldinho ahead of him. A truly great player that completely lost interest. Should have been regarded as one of the greatest, possibly still is, but not as great as he could have been.

I heard recently Neymar doesnt like football. His father pushed him into it.

Think Ronaldinho achieved more than Neymar has. He was football's poster boy and adored by millions around the world as the epitome of joga bonito. No such love for Neymar. As I say, the worst best player.

Oh and he did also win leagues, cups, Champions Leagues and y'know, the World Cup. Yeah he could have won more but he was never gonna be a James Milner model professional, his personality is what made him great.

Ronaldinho contributed immeasurably more to football than Neymar has, totally ridiculous to think otherwise.

I never said he didnt. I just think he could and should have done more. Same for Wayne Rooney even though he won everything and broke United and Englands goal scoring record. For their talent their greatness should be far higher than what it is.

Its a subjective point of view anyway and one im not gonna get bogged down in.

If you don't like football and have got signing on bonuses and wages that have you and your family set for generations then easy to see why you'd lose motivation

Ronaldinho (and even Zidane) could/should have won more titles. But they did much more than that.

Their mere presence on the football field made football beautiful to watch, and brought people to the edge of their seats.

The market is just insane. How is a 19 year old kid who has just had his breakout season be worth 120 million!!

Just goes to show that you've got to get these kids before they breakout. It's why am not that bothered by the Saliba and Maurice fees.

it's because he has release clause the spanish clubs and Portuguese clubs always put some kind of release clauses on their players.

Arsenal Quotes

The only moment of possible happiness is the present. The past gives regrets. And future uncertainties. Man quickly realised this and created religion. It forgives him what he has done wrong in the past and tells him not to worry about the future, as you will go to paradise.
