The whole point of the Transfer threads section is threads where there are strong links. We have a wishlist and an Edu's transfer targets thread for things that are not strong or have no basis in reality...
Clean forums provide a medium for better discussion.

I will add however that in this case I tend to agree with you. Coutinho is an exciting player to be linked with. People should discuss it. Whether it is a solid link or not. I believe not.
