As things stand only two team in the PL have fewer wins than us: Watford and Norwich... Damn, we need a win like there is no tomorrow. If we can pick up a win would be such a boost to the club. Hopefully with some more Arteta coaching we can improve and start picking up wins.

We spend most of season draw games we have less games lost than Sp**s and Chelsea but yes time to start winning games

Probably so they don't forget they are footballers! I think a light session at the stadium on the same day is a good idea, especially for a team with suspect confidence.
