Luck is for losers. You can't be consistently lucky for 3 years in a row. People make excuses while winners just keep on winning even if they're not playing 10/10 entertaining football. At CL knockout level it's about getting the job done and over the past 5 years Real have been the absolute best at that. They've beaten City, Atletico, Bayern, Juve, PSG, Liverpool in the last 3 years to win 3 CL titles. I'm not sure if facing those teams constitutes being "lucky". I get it tho, they're the Floyd Mayweather of football, people just get sick of them and start ridiculing the way they do things and how they achieve what they achieve.

Looking at tonight’s game I just noticed Gnabry plays for Bayern and was like “didn’t Arsenal used to have a player by the same name” so double checked with Google to confirm and am now left wondering what happened to his Arsenal career? Did he just not cut it in the Prem? Or did we have better options at the time so he wouldn’t get game time? He must be decent to make Bayern’s starting 11.
