I think the building of the backroom staff will be a process over a longer period. Yeah you need people in but expecting to get ideal candidates now is unrealistic

I think we're sorted everywhere except the first team backroom, which is understandable given the lack of a head coach there. I agree in general, think building the backroom staff to optimum level will be a process rather than a quick fell swoop. Especially given 2 of the biggest reported names clearly have commitments they'd rather attend to. That said, I don't think Arteta will have that difficult a time building his backroom staff.
