Park certainly looks good on the international stage. Definitely think Wenger is easing both he and Ryo into the English game, rather than thinking either lack any great quality.

Park is off in the sense that he has yet to play any games in the league despite obviously having the fitness for it. He may come good, but my point remains we need a fit, ready to play striker and as of today Park is not that option.

Come January he may be good to go - but none of us know this and so far it appears that is not the case.

I want a ready to play alternative to RVP so that he doesn't have to start every game, or we start playing Arshavin at CF when Chamakh continues to be budget.

We should be looking at Chamakh and Arshavin. These two dont have a future at the club anymore and they should be replaced asap. Another one is Diaby. He needs to shake his injuries off asap or else he needs to go.

We've been linked with some forwards and some DM's so I think that Wenger prioritese these positions in the january window.

Apparently he hasn't been fully fit until about now. Both Wenger and Park himself have confirmed that.

From the looks of it, this is Diaby's make or break season. well, the one before the one.. I don't think we'll get much value for him in the market either way this winter, potentially robbing us of 10-15m that we could get otherwise. on the other hand, his wages for the second half of the season is only 1.5m. So potentially he has the rest of this season, and even the next (at a cost of another 3m) to prove himself. Or at least to increase his value to >10m.

Fair enough....just caught this on Arsenal.com and I would imagine its this your referencing.

"I couldn’t train much for about two months before I moved here," he told Arsenal Player. "I just had to do some personal training instead.

"Since I joined the team it has been two months and I feel like I am in my normal condition now. The coaches adjust the training depending on the games we play and it’s good."

Well then - GET IN 8))

Yep, exactly mate. Looking forward to his contribution. :)

We definitely could do with another quality attacker. We've got some ineffective forwards like Arshavin and Chamakh which we can replace. Ideally someone who is comfortable as a CF and also playing out wide. There's no way we'd bring in a specialist CF for him to sit on the bench when RvP is fit.

Someone with pace, technical ability and knows where the back of the net is would be ideal. I can't think of any names off the top of my head though.

Theo Walcott?! still wish we signed Suarez last January. A dream buy would be Pato or Higuain.

you know what? he does seem like a more experienced version of ramsey. obviously low center of gravity, good dribbling and good in tight spaces. can pull off amazing shots from distance, but slows the game down too much sometimes, almost feels like he kills the rhythm in the team.

Yeah, Sneijder's a little ****.

Quality but not worth the fee he'd cost considering he's in his late 20's. Plus massive wages. Not really been that impressed with him since the treble season either.

I wouldn't want Sneijder in arsenal colors even if he allowed me to hibernate in his wife's anus.
Surely you haven't seen her lapdance on youtube then??

That's funny, Man Utd fans have been wanking over Sneijder for years now — some of them think he's the best CM in Europe, etc. I think they just are pretty desperate for a creative CM, and they almost signed him.

Arsenal Quotes

Arsenal have always been the club of the people, the streets. Arsenal was one of the first clubs to really have black players, so it did represent the mass of the UK and how London is. I hope people at the club know that and who are they playing for.
