Made loads of runs... What is he, a striker? HE should be the one picking OTHERS runs while he mainly protects the midfield & defence from marauding opponents. Really hope he leaves, or make him play wing.

Cazorla has been Player of the Season, for me. With every game that goes by we appreciate his greatness more and more, if that's not a Player of the Season then what is?

Ramsey's role and/or tendencies are detrimental to pretty much every other Arsenal player's performance he might bag a few goals and he might look like he has a great engine when he's running around like a headless chicken but he destroys the team's shape with and without the ball.

His forward runs are useful when the team can't score but unless you have a world class DM behind him along with a solid back four he doesn't fit in to the side. He certainly can't pair with Xhaka.

I see Ramsey in the Ballack mold (apart from the physicality) in the sense that he offers a goal scoring threat from midfield. If used correctly he will score match winning goals for the team, like he has for us.

IMO, The best way to get the best out of him is a 442 diamond. Partner him with Jack or Granit and have a proper defensive midfielder behind them and Özil or Mkhi in the Attacking mid role ahead of them.

IMHO, Aaron, Jack and Mesut are the only players who can hold their heads high a bit this season.

There’s a chance he could reach double figures for goals & assists this season and so many still slaughter him. Wouldn’t surprise me at all if he wants to leave and I’m sure he’d flourish at a team like United or Liverpool. Would suit a 3 man midfield perfectly at United but hopefully his distaste for Sanchez stops him joining.

We need this guy and Jack so sign new contracts badly.

Tbf Ramsey won't start in any of the top 10 teams in Europe.
At best he's a bench player.

Ramsey is just the perfect case of a vastly overrated Arsenal player.

We have the weakest midfield in the top 6 by far. And Aaron Ramsey is one of the reason we're that weak. (not the only one though).
He's just an unreliable player who gets too much injured. On a good day he can be a very good player but we need much more.

I'd keep Ramsey and see how he gets on under a new coach / system, of course he may take that decision out of our hands by not signing a new contract.

In the right system he could work, would rather see Elneny/Xhaka leave first tbh
