There's room for dispute about whether Laca is a good player for us or not, but even naming twerkazette and the greatest in the same breath is beyond limits

Lacazette would have been brilliant in our chance creation teams 2006 - 2012, but he doesn't suit us at all now. I think he's good, but it's over for him here when Arteta seems to prefer Auba, Eddie and even Willian at cf.

He is our top scorer though!

Nah I don't think so, he second guesses his shots almost all the time, seems like everything has to be perfect for him to shoot like,
Wind speed, Check
Wind direction, Check
Star alignment, Check

or he doesn't take the shot or fluffs his lines

Well I've mostly stopped posting in this thread because there's not much more I need to say on him.

But in all honesty he was one of our better players, or at least put in a good shift.

Yeah as someone who went from having some time for Laca to absolutely wanting him gone as soon as possible, I really do think he had a good game for us. We've been joking about him playing CAM but the last 2-3 games it seems like it has literally been his position, rather than dropping in there.

He did that role well and won us some fouls in good areas, as well as making some good passes again like in the EL game.
