maybe its a time thing, or the way we play in the final third, the guy is built to score on the run. whats crazy is we have possible nice combination with him and giroud power and in a old school 442.
but all the formation changes wenger makes doesnt really seem to give arsenal or the players an edge.
Yep. Our whole attack and midfield now is literally suited to direct football but we still play Wengerball like we have Fabregas/Cazorla/Nasri etc.
It all starts with Xhaka, he cant hack quick passing, he excels at long balls or through balls cutting through space. The same goes for Özil, he isnt a tiki taka type player.

Wilshere and Ramsey are both direct players, even though Wilshere would suit a passing team as well, Ramsey is not suited to our style at all. Hes a good player that excels in setups like the Welsh team.

Sanchez doesnt pass anyway and he scores the goals, he was actually criticised at barca for his lack of passing and 1v1 dribbling compared to people like Pedro even and I 100% see why.

And lacazaette is quick. Lots of his goals last season he picked the ball up 30 yards from goal and ran with it to score. For us his back is to goal all the time.

In my opinion the reason I think we wont do as bad as people think we would with a new manager is because if they play the right style we can be a good team. Right now we pour players forward arrogantly like we are gonna outscore the opponent. We arent City we are actually pretty **** at attacking these days tbh

When you got Iwobi & Welbeck next to you then can you really blame him?
I think its fair on both sides. Laca sense he got here has gotten zero service. Just look at that obvious pass Iwobi had early on in the first. Its simple and Lacazette would have been throw on goal.

So many times today he has been in great possition but isnt getting the pass.

On the other hand, his body language has been poor and he havnt taken the few oppertunities he had recently. Needs to be better and get better service.

To be honest, every time he makes a decent run on the break, he never receives the pass.

He repeatedly makes runs only to turn around and find that the ball just ended up with bellerin, wellbeck or Iwobi boxed in to a corner looking for a sideways pass.

If your passing decisions on breaks, and with moments of space always result in too many touches and crab passes, an instinctive off the shoulder running number 9 will not blend with your team.

He needs to show more, but the larger issue is not his fault.

Arsenal Quotes

The only moment of possible happiness is the present. The past gives regrets. And future uncertainties. Man quickly realised this and created religion. It forgives him what he has done wrong in the past and tells him not to worry about the future, as you will go to paradise.
