we could probably buy ronaldo, raul, nesta plus a midfielder of our choice (camoranesi? parker?). which, although i guess team spirit could suffer for a while, would surely make us a better team..

you are too simple, not everything as simple as you think ,
planing to buy is only your plan , whether to sell is decided by other club. do you think rm would sell ronald and raul . ac would sell nesta? it is just a dream. if you get 100m ,maybe goods is still some crap too.

u guys ave to understand that within football not all players are commodities. titi has shown loyalty, strength and ability. this is very rare in players. as much as he earns, when his contract has to be renewed he doesnt let the money issue bother him from playing for arsenal.

there comes a time when u draw the line for selling for certain players who have the desire to become legends and the capacity to become legends. if we let the fact of commercialism within football convolute our ideals of pure magic in the game, we will be left with a far poorer respect of the sport.

no matter what the money, and no matter if people say we have to be realistic, money talks etc........ as supporters and football idealists, titi is family and that should not change. i personally want to have memories of telling my grandchildren about a footballer named thierry henry who dedicated his career to arsenal, its fans and its footballing history.........

Honestly what will teams around europe think if Arsenal had 100 mill to spend. They will all raise thier players valuation if we come for thier player. It will be stupid to sell TH.
