He has been here few years and the manager who watches him every day training chose not to play his m. The logical conclusion is the manager don’t think he is up to it. And the little we seen of him it’s hard to disagree with the managerHow do you know that though? We’ve not seen him enough. When we signed him, I was dead against it, because of the fee and likely adaption period, I felt we needed someone to make an immediate impact.
However, now he’s been here for a few years, I think it’s worth sticking with him. He’s shown glimpses of real potential but has had limited chances.

I have hope for him as well, but there’s no doubt he needs to do more.
He’d be crazy to want out from Arsenal at this moment in time.
Not really. I seen nothing that indicates Vieira is good enough. The reason he is not getting any minutes is Arteta thinks the same. To pay 40 million euros for a punt like this is crazy. It was a horrible buy and we gonna take huge loss on himA fan of the manager now are you?

Exactly. The weird thing is he wasn’t a full starter at porto when we bought him. That was the tell tale sign that it was not gonna work out. If you gonna work out at Arsenal you have to atleast standout at portoThe best version of Vieira would still get a 5/10 for both physicality and athleticism. Which is Jorginho levels, but Jorgi gets 10/10 for football intelligence and that’s why he gets away with it. And even then we get found out against fast physical teams (Bayern).
Do these guys really wanna die on this hill?

I was saying all of this when we signed him. We could have got Olise for example. However that done now. My point is, he’s worth keeping around as an Ødegaard back up. There isn’t any point signing someone for that role.Exactly. The weird thing is he wasn’t a full starter at porto when we bought him. That was the tell tale sign that it was not gonna work out. Would you rather keep Vieira or ESR?

Why though? He got 2 mins vs Brighton and only minutes 2 other games this season. We were 5 up both games. He is not backup for Ødegaard because he would not play if Ødegaard got injured. In fact for him to start a game Jesus, trossard has to be out as well as havertz. Arteta would shuffle the team in so many different ways before this guy gets a startI was saying all of this when we signed him. We could have got Olise for example. However that done now. What do you mean i am as self actualized an mfer as one can findI’d ask you to recommend yours but I don’t think it’s working.
He isn’t as nuts as Bob in What About Bob. Not quite the sociopath of Tony Soprano. He needs an anti bottling specialist i wonder if they give degrees for that? What type are we talking about, Your Excellency?
Is it the Richard Dreyfuss in "What About Bob?" or the Lorraine Bracco in "The Sopranos" type?
Our chance creation is less of an issue than our finishing the chances we do create from open play. That awful spell in December wasn't due to not creating chances, it was due to not finishing them. This is also something that could always be an issue without an Elite 9 because when you share goals around players that are not super clinical, the conversion rate is always going to be lower than if your focal point is someone like a Kane or Lewa who puts most everything they should put away in the back of the net. A team that gives Jesus and Nketiah games is going to convert at a lower rate from open play than it should.
This is it. We need to improve in this area over the summer if we want to go to the next level. I think Arteta focuses on better chance creation for both the PL and CL.
Paquetá, then. This is why I keep saying we should keep Rice at 6 and get a b2b for 8 that can also play as lone creator ahead of a double pivot in case Ødegaard gets injured.
Fabio should not be the answer.
Paquetá, then.
