Yeh I’ve been wondering if we do that or:

Bruno
Nico
CF

Not sure which one I prefer.

Olise makes so much sense if we get a Guimaraes or Luiz as cm. He would be signed as backup but at the same time he has enough quality to not be backup.

Rotating him in for Øde and Saka we pretty much get 3 players for two positions. Needed if we want to compete on all fronts and plenty of game time to go around.

Can’t see us paying that much for just a backup, especially given the talent level.
This absolutely needs to die. We need a squad of 18 outfield players who are TOP class. City have Grealish who doesn't get their first 11. More importantly they don't have a first 11. That is what we are competing against.
He needs to improve his availability a bit and improve in defensive contribution which he has shown signs he can do

But he is absolutely worth the 60m-65m mentioned. Absolutely worth that.

We don’t have a bottomless pit of money like City, otherwise we would’ve signed Raya permanently last summer. Resource allocation is key, we can’t afford to get it wrong.

Precisely why I maintain that we get players who are better talents like Olise than some ST who is hacking in Portugal.
RW is a priority position.
ST is not unless we somehow sell Jesus. Most will not agree but we don't have space for an ST unless we can move Jesus on.

Also apart from a CM and LB(?) we don't have a hole in our so to say starting 11. Now on for few years it has to be talents like Olise who push the team and make the starting 11 less predictable.

No reason why either him or Saka can't play on the left either. Both capable.

We should sell Eddie, Jesus, Nelson, Zinny, and Viera. All these guys are not good enough if we want to win biggest trophies. They should be sold and better players brought in. We were fortunate we weren’t hit with injuries to key guys; but we do not have depth in certain key spots at all.

Arsenal Quotes

This is a big moment of happiness...we waited a long time for this and the happiness is linked sometimes with the suffering, and the time that you have to wait....this was more important than all the other (trophies) we have twice won the double, but were not under pressure then like we were today.
