Would be an absolute travesty not to finally end the trophy drought with the Carling Cup this season.

Away to Roy Keane for the first leg then. Could be worse I guess :p. Should do them over two legs, if we don't well... this place will melt down.

I´d take Ipswich over two legs. Sounds like an obstacle we may be able to move past.

your wish, sir has been granted.

It really DOES seem very winnable for us this year. We even get the second leg at home!!

The boys still need to turn up with a performance. If they do, we should win this. Not convinced by this bunch though! They have a way of finding new ways to f.uck up, don´t they?

Please dont celebrate this trophy (if we **** this up we really are ****) like the yids would or claim that we finally won something.

By all means be happy but hope it leads to a winning mentality for the league run in.

I think the vast majority of fans will see it as a prelude to bigger and better things, TG, and a great day out at Wembley!

To be honest, should we winthe League Cup I don't think many people would feel that the past 5 years would be vindicated.

I see it as an opportunity to stop the press banging on.

we need to win it to get a winning mentality for the players.. that's the only reason i care about winning it..

if we go and f*** this up over 2 legs, with the second leg at home, we deserve to be out of every single competition because we will SUCK

you know the press.. if we win it, they will say we "only" won the Carling Cup and no "major" silverware..

Arsenal Quotes

Thierry Henry was very quick at analysing everything that was going on and how he needed to react. This intelligence, this capacity to evaluate, understand and question oneself, is also the mark of great players... For everyone, for the fans and for us, he symbolised the golden age of Arsenal.
