Who are we kidding? This clown is still gonna be leading us out against Norwich.

I think it depends on how close they are to finding a replacement. If it is true that the board did not change their tune on Emery until after the Southampton game, then they've had less than a week to interview candidates. For context, Mourinho's move to Sp**s was nearly 3 weeks in the making. It's possible that the earlier reports about Unai having the upper management's unanimous backing were designed to deceive, but I doubt it.

They might put Ljungberg in charge for the Norwich game, but if they were always prepared for there to be a delay between dismissing Emery and appointing a new boss it begs the question why they haven't acted already. My suspicion is they will only be prepared to act once they have a replacement all but lined up, and that could take a while longer.

Need to do it now and they need long hard conversation with players because they look abslout useless sack of s**t with out putting any effort.
This is a big part of the problem. They're too willing to push the blame onto Emery and not put the effort in rather than try and play their way out of this slump. Emery has been shiyte, but they have also been shiyte. Throw in the board for a triple threat of diarrhoea.

The players are never to blame for a collective failure.

If a restaurant is known for having ****e service, you don't blame the waitresses, you blame the one in charge.

I think in today football that more important getting young players develop them winning nothing then sell them we been in this road before
yep, we buy these young players who have talent and promise and play them with dross which leads to bad results which leads to bad form and their ability/confidence dropping.

Arsenal Quotes

I knew we were very different, that he (Ferguson) had a total hold over his club while at that time I was still more of a coach. I also recognised his huge qualities. He knew how to surround himself with the right people and didn't rest on his laurels when he was successful.
