I told you guys this as soon as story broke, no big players will sign with them anything but a short term over priced deal if lucky. It is not in their interest this drags out. They will be defacto frozen out of any big buys from now on

Pep will also walk which will be a huge blow to their transfer plans anyway

If City truly believe they are innocent, then they would want this resolved ASAP because it *will* impact their future transfer business. No player will want to join them if they will potentially be relegated.

Ok as a middle eastern dude who just 2-3 weeks ago was called a s.ndn.gger; and grew up in America as a short, persian kid with a funny name post hostage crisis, post 9-11, post Foxnazi news, and post Trump; i have had just about enough of white dudes from Lancastershire claiming they are victims of the racism of the three American clubs. I tried to cut these City fans slacks because they didn’t cheat and it is their boyhood club.

But this latching on to racism that does exist to protect the gangster that is getting special immunity who owns your club is not racism. Not surprising these white guys think this is racism, they wouldn’t know what racism is if it jumped up and bit them on their pasty Manc backsides.

Great so they buy worthless transfers that players can walkaway from for nothing.

A simple clause.

"if the club is found guilty of its allegations, Player will be to leave on a free"

It's not a worthless transfer at all as players will still want the high salary that City offer, with a release clause essentially giving the player a Bossman transfer, from the players perspective is a win all round.

So pay a premium for a contract they know is worthless because they did the crime. Either way they are dead. Big players they want have options and they don’t want any part of this

If recent reports are to be believed relegation is the minimum being discussed. Apparently a number of clubs are favoring expulsion from Football League to the bottom of Pyramid

What did he say?

  • Blamed us, and 8 other clubs for reporting City and wanting them out the champions league.
  • Says other clubs and the PL want to punish City for their success.
  • Will not be going anywhere he says.
  • Says City (them) are innocent until proven guilty.
  • Says the last 7 years are all theirs, they earned it.
  • Says the players will come together and push hard now (suggests this). Fight for the club.

Just generally defiant.

Arsenal Quotes

Arsenal have got as much chance of being handed the title by Sp*rs as I have of being given the Crown Jewels. They are the last people we want winning the Championship. Now we mean to round off our season by beating Arsenal.

Alan Mullery (Sp*rs captain in 1971)

There is no way we were going to be beaten
