Nah man. That is pure lies. Arteta had like 6 good games out of 30 for a whole season. By his second season people were calling for his head as he became noticeably slower. It really wasn’t all his fault to be honest the entire team left him and Koscielny and Mertersacker exposed and vulnerable to the counter attack which is where he would get slaughtered by the fans as opponents went by him with such ease to attack our defenders and score.

I remember this period clearly. Özil on the other hand had many more good games for us but the last year was not particularly good.
