Plenty of managers have worked with difficult players that may not have gotten along with them but they managed to put it aside to help the team.

Saka and Martinelli are always so wide and because laca drops deep we always lack bodies in the box when we are in the opposition half. Our fullbacks don't have the tools to be effective at underlaping. With the wingers extremely wide you'd expect our midfielders would be instructed to make runs into the box or ocuppy the half spaces between our striker and wingers but they clearly aren't instructed to do that.
Arteta and his coaching team haven't yet identied this as a problem after 15+ months in charge. He's not fit for the job. Has no clue what he's doing.

We should absolutely be looking at other managers even if he gets top 4 this season.

He cannot deal with the slightest of set backs when it comes to suspensions/injuries. He regularly clashes with players (especially younger ones) his squad management is more dependent on who has hurt his ego rather than what is good for the team.

The only reason we are in a Top 4 shout is because Sp**s and United basically threw half of their season away and sacked their managers and yet they are STILL ahead of Arteta who is in his 3rd year and spent 250m. That should be setting off massive red flags and be indicative of the job he has done here.
