Very true. Having potential and fulfilling that potential are two different things dependent on plenty of factors. You have to look at the personality, their application despite the talent and if they have the ambition to reach those heights with their work ethic. I see that in Holding fortunately.

I'm not sure about him playing deeper. I think he comes to life when he has more freedom. In our current 3 4 3 I think he would play where Alexis currently is. 50 million isn't a realistic price tag with 1 year left on his contract. Your looking at 30 and only buying him if Alexis leaves, which would mean the goals would have to be supplemented by a top striker addition also.
