Lehmann 6 - Could do nothing about the goal, solid otherwise.
Djourou - 6 Better in the center than out wide. Didn't offer much in attack which is why Eboue made such a difference.
Senderos - 4 FFS his passing is embarrassing. Wenger should ban him from passing forward.
Toure - 6 Decent enough.
Flamini - 6 Struggled a bit against Lennon but the boy has so much heart and passion, commanding his team mates and give 100% the whole 90 mins.
Gilberto - 6 Poor passing, as usual but decent defensively.
Diaby - 4 Really really poor tbh. Offered nothing going forward and was basically an observer.
Pires - 5 Tried but ffs he slows down our attacks so much.
Reyes - 5.5 Dunno what to say really.. looked lively in parts, sluggish and ineffective at others.
RVP - 5.5 Was about our only goal threat in the first half to be fair.. thought it should have been Adebayor coming off but in hindsight perhaps Wenger made the right choice.
Adebayor - 5 Played a big part in Henry's goal I know but before that he was so poor.

Eboue - 7 Changed the game.
Fabregas - 7 An instant cool head in midfield and things started flowing. Watch and learn Diaby.
Henry - 8 It's why he's the best player in the world, folks.

Wenger - 0 Should have had Henry and Fabregas on much earlier and generally put out the wrong team. Diaby was never in a million years ready for this game. Cesc did not look tired against Villarreal, just a little rusty.. should have started as should Henry who recently claimed he is feeling fitter than ever and wishes he could play 4 matches a week.

Reyes is ****ing useless. What exactly does he do.

Some players threaten as if there about to do something special.

He just never looks like doing anything. Complete waste of bloody space.

lehmann - 8
very good game. couldn't do anything about the goal and made several good saves.

djorou - 5
looked a bit out of position at first and struggled with lee in the beginning. better as a central defender.

toure - 5,5
decent, but not the good old toure. looks a bit tired.

senderos - 4,5
not good. shocking distribution. horrid, horrid passing! got skinned by lennon a few times as well.

flamini - 6,5
struggled a bit with lennon in the beginning, but all in all, he did ok. plays his heart out and is actually fairly quick and good on the ball.

reyes - 6
inconsistant. from brilliant to very poor within seconds...

diaby - 3
shocking. had only about 4-5 touches in more than 60 mins. looked way out of his league today...

gilberto - 6,5
a fairly decent performance. sloppy passing at times, but works his ass off and isn't afraid to get stuck in. helped out the full backs as well.

pires - 5,5
decent, but drifts too much into the middle, which effectively killed our right side before eboue came on.

adebayor - 5
set up henry nicely and worked hard, but really to no avail. sloppy first touch and never really looked like a goal threat.

van persie - 5,5
still looks rusty, but slightly better than ade. had at least a few pops on goal.

henry - 7,5
best player in the world and scored a wonderful goal.

cesc - 6,5
not at his best, but we instantly looked ten times better when he came on for diaby. cool, composed and great vision.

eboue - 7
when he came on, we all of a sudden had a right side again. superb going forward and solid defensively.

No they didn't, they really didn't.
Dont be silly. If we want our players on top form for the Villareal game some of them need to be rested. Thats blatantly obvious. Stop whinging. If we didnt rest players they'd be ****ed. Did you see Toure and Hleb against United? Did you see Fab on WEdnesday? Players need a rest.

You're a waste of space. Go watch this season again and then you'll see exactly what REyes does. Watch the Real and Juve games. The whole team played ****, Reyes cant be blamed for that.

Wenger 0? Thats a bit harsh..

Also, CL is priority so they needed the rest.

Actually i think 0 is pretty generous.

I hold Wenger 100% responsible, his team selection was nothing short of a joke.

Eboue
Hleb
Fabregas
Henry

These four players have turned our season around, and to have none in the starting line up is madness.

Eboue made a difference within a minute of coming on. Fabregas changed the pace of the game, with his quick passing. And Henry well, is Henry.

Lehmann - 6 Not too much fault at goal
Toure - 6 Decent
Senderos - 6 Decent
Flamini - 5.5 Struggled quite a lot against Lennon, reminds us the need for Cole/Clichy
Djorou - 6 was decent defending, didnt produce too much attacking
Gilberto - 5 was ok defending, crap attacking as usual :(
Diaby - 4.5 didnt know what to do, poor game for him
Reyes - 6 ran a lot but still very indecisive
Pires - 6 he doesnt have the pace to penetrate the game as much these days, but he did put in effort
Van Persie - 5.5 didnt make use of long balls and should have scored from pires' pass
Ade - 6 high workrate, but was very poor in the box, redeemed himself with assist

Henry - 8 super goal, saved us
Fabregas - 7 improved the midfield
Eboue - 6.5 didnt get into a rhythm soon enough

Reyes.

He is not the player he was made out to be thats clear. Capable of the odd good peformance but lacks confidence and more importantly guts, determination and a bit of courage when things are not going his way. He is not an Arsenal player simple as.

And lets face it - the man has an IQ of 43.

That doesn't make him 'f**king useless.' He has had a decent season, lots of assists. I think its the frustration talking.

My player rating for today, same as Lukazans minus the bit about Wenger. He has a lot to consider at the moment and i don't want to question his decision making.
