I, along with others standing around were disappointed that after spending two days in Trondheim the only mark of respect and thanks the players could do was to give a half hearted wave from the halfway line. The players need to understand win, lose or draw we spend a fortune watching them play.... they should come right up to the end and offer a big applause to those who have gone that distance...

its very easy to do it when you have won...but less so with a draw or loss... they may be a bit down but fans and players win and lose together....they showed a lack of respect last night.

The lads were not clearly not switched on last night. But this does not excuse not showing the fans some respect and appreaciation. Something like that should be down to the captain to say come'un lads lets go over and give em a wave. It is a simple gesture that shows they take the fans seriously and more importantly not themselves.

However playing devils advocate you can imagine that they all were hacked off with themselves last night (well i hope they were) and wanted to get to the dressing room at get the hell out of there.

You're right. It was very noticeable on the telly, they just didn't seem to want to go over, and they should have. It's not like you were gonna throw bombs at them..

You're right. I was sitting on the upper tier, above you and I'm quite impressed with the noise you all made and the fact that so many of you took the trip up here to Trondheim. And I'm equally puzzled by the players lack of recognition on your behalf. The should feel priviledged by your presense and commitment.

hey were probably too downheartened, hopefully, and wanted to get this result out of their way as soon as possible, but still that is no excuse, and should not happen.

well i saw wenger on the TV pointed towards the arsenal fans as he always makes the players go to them but this time they didnt listen. it really bothers me sumtimes the lack of appreciation they give us at the end of away games, we well (I) spend most of my wages on going to arsenal matches and im 17. i could be spending it on other things but i choose to spend it on following the team i love. anywayz lets see what the next matches bring...
