To compete with City you have to set your team, its playing style, its cohesion and depth the season before.
You just need to hit the ground running and have no injuries, like Liverpool did in 19/20. There's probably no other way to do it.

Next season we need our set XI fit and ready from matchday 1. Any additions need to be phased in from the substitutes bench.

I still can't forget Liverpool actually got 97 points yet couldn't win the league. My head would have exploded the fact we might finish the season with 89 and still finishing 2nd annoy me so much

It’s not the SPL though is it? Arsenal and Liverpool could’ve won the league if they didn’t drop silly points, like us against Fulham/Villa and Liverpool against United both times.

Liverpool just isn't a title winning squad. Not winning 3 times against Man U showed it.

We weren't a title winning squad the first half of the season with the Fulham games.

2nd half of the season we've played elite football in the PL. Good enough to win a title. That Villa loss at home is what stings.

Is this the new excuse from the Teta cult?
"Its difficult to get the necessary points you need to win the league"?

We need no galaxy brain moments next season. Buy 4 top quality players and we have a chance.

You need to have a lead like we did last season. It was such a good opportunity last season, but we were not ready.

If you want to win the Premier League you shouldn't replace Granit Xhaka with a vegan that isnt a real midfielder. Your take on that?
Harvetz is the only reason we were a ball's hair from the title, otherwise we would've been miles off

We done all we could to win the league this season imo it's not excuse we been excellent for 95% of the season There just one team better than us we have to admit it.

League is very weak
Is this City side better than the Utd side with Ronaldo, Tevez, Rooney, Carrick, Rio, Vidic etc. Or peak Chelsea with Cole, Terry, Carvalho, Makelele, Lampard, Robben, Drogba, or the Invincibles?

I’m not sure.

This isn’t peak City, compare their centurions team with those sides

I don’t see how the PL can be a farmer’s league, a pre-season friendly between two mid table teams in Brentford and Brighton got a crowd 40,000. You’d struggle to get 4,000 to watch a game between the Bundesliga and La Liga equivalents.
Bundesliga has a higher average attendance than the PL though

100% they would suffocate that United team who played 4-4-2 with no legs carrick. Come on now

Arsenal Quotes

I still have an interest in training and development, in the stages that make it possible for players first to acquire technique (between 7 and 12) and then to develop physically (between 12 and 16), then to deepen their mental resilience (between 17 and 19) and finally between 19 and 22 to acquire what is critical, like the roof of a house without which all the rest rots away: intelligence and motivation
