thanks bluenaz.. region 0 means it doesnt play in north american dvd players, doesn't it? i'll have to look into that. i'm sure i'll get raped on shipping as well.

Pretty sure Region 0 will play anywhere mate.
Region 1 is specifically America, Canada and such, and Region 2 is European.
