Think this will benefit Holding aswell!
He won't be pushed in too deep too early and will get time to study Kosc and Mustafi (don't forget Mert is still very clever) and Bould aswell so he'll learn from alot of good people.
Mustafi will take the pressure now and hopefully excel. This looks really promising for the future. Holding and Mustafi could be a future centre back pairing and then we have Chambers aswell.
Maybe next manager wanna go 3 at the back
