Mustafi has to be up there as one of our worst signings especially since the move to the emirates.

Given the money spent- Yes but there have been worse players signed.
Lucas Perez, Chamakh, Elneny, Silvestre, Squillaci, Andre Santos, Debuchy, Park Chu Young, Gervinho.

Still feel there is a player in Mustafi, needs a change of scene.

If he turns down say a three year contract with Monaco he’s only hurting himself.

His deal runs out in 2021 and if he spends the next year on the bench or reserves any potential move in summer 2020 will probably have an even worse wage package than he’s being offered now.

If I was his agent I’d tell him to be realistic and take the move, after three poverty years the chances of him turning it round and getting a new deal are unlikely.
