Bakayoko is the type of profile we have missed in recent seasons. Technically strong, very mobile and physically dominant. I'd pay top dollar for him.

I don't think they had Bakayoko's profile though I could be mistaken. At any rate Bakayoko is exactly what we've been missing for years, fills probably our biggest need and he's at Monaco. We are supposed to have an in with the best young French talents and yet all of these lads coming through making the difference for their sides are elsewhere. It's just frustrating to watch.

60m is ridiculous just like some of the prices quoted for this seasons hyped young center mids. None are top quality.
I definitely hope we scout & add a couple of balanced midfielders to the squad but dont break the bank for one... Just scout better.

Morata is terribly overrated. Almost 25 and has never scored over 15 in a season. Spanish Welbeck. A decent supporting act but never the main man. His role at Madrid is probably as good as it gets.
One hell of a midfield without the ball. Feel they could find a better Kante partner though. I thought United would put him with Pogba.
Didn't even see it was him.
I still think he can thrive as a support striker, especially alongside someone as prolific as Costa. He has a lot of good qualities even without the goal scoring record to back it up.

Agreed. Double pivot ahead of 3 CBs is overkill in terms of defensive specialists. They'd be better finding more of an offensive player. And yeah United could do with a no.6 behind Pogba and Herrera.
