It pains me that we had Özil in his prime forced to try to accommodate this bumbling cretin.

If we had Higuain or Suarez leading the line in 2013 when he arrived, we'd have won the league at a canter.

Giroud was peak Wengerball management. I see him still delivering and I wonder why our conmanager keeps asking for money and players instead of just managing what he has. Turning them into players far better than they had any right to be, like Wenger did with Giroud.

If you like Wenger, you have to hate Giroud. No player let him down more and opened him up to more abuse than this big stiff idiot.

TBF this works both ways. If you hate Giroud's performances, which you should. Then you should be annoyed Wenger didn't try harder to upgrade or give him competition way earlier. We missed out on Higuain in 2013 and could easily have bought him then. He'd add more to the team than Özil because we were already stacked with creative players. Wenger could also have signed Vardy but decided to not give him an improved deal over what Leicester were offering.

I don't think so. Giroud and Özil often linked well especially with Ramsey making those late runs

Arsenal Quotes

Arsenal have always been the club of the people, the streets. Arsenal was one of the first clubs to really have black players, so it did represent the mass of the UK and how London is. I hope people at the club know that and who are they playing for.
