Lukaku has a high ceiling and is very young, especially for a striker of his ilk. The likes of Drogba, Giroud didn't mature til their mid-late 20s.

£32m is fair IMO. Chelsea paid £19m a few years ago. I'd rather £32m for him than Costa.
