The 30-year-old Turk hasn’t quite had things his way since swapping Atletico Madrid for Barcelona two-years ago and he’s likely to seek an exit this summer, which could bring the veteran to the Premier League and potentially to Arsenal.

As an experienced wide-man, Arsenal may seek his services to bolster their ranks ahead of potential departures for the likes of Alexis Sanchez, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Arda Turan- with the Gunners being linked to his services.

Whilst he wouldn’t be the stand-out name fans are crying out for, he’d certainly be a decent addition.
