Wenger is being paid for his job. It's not really about "if you can do better then get your badges". By that logic, you'll never be able to criticize anything.

Being in a title during an era where we had to blood youngsters, sign cheap kids and sell our best players was an achievement enough, target was top 4.

If Wenger had quit after that game and a new manager came in and brought 2 FA Cups, a runners up spot and completely overhauled the first team without spending astronomical amounts people would be hailing him as the Messiah.

But because Arsène Wenger did it he's incompetent.

Great point. Pretty amazing turaround too, since RVP, we have not lost any of our top players. The only ones who have left lately have been deemed surplus to the requirements.
