Weren’t we trying to offload him last summer? Few good games and suddenly we’ve offered him a new contract.

I guess he’s an ok squad player but unless he keeps up his current level it’s minutes that I’d rather be going to a younger player.

Thought we rejected offers to sell him in summer and not we tried him to sell him in summer.

Dat smile. A @tap-in worthy avatar.

I couldn't use him as my avi, he's doing too well, it would ruin my streak of failures :)

You want people to respect your religion, but then you go making derogatory remarks about other religions. Funny that.
There is only one way to Heaven and the Father and that is through Jesus Christ. It is out of love that I would even bother to tell people about that truth. I don't want you or those of any other religion to go to hell.

In a fantasy world, truth is what you want it to be, Bobby.

Can anyone tell me what are Elneny's strengths ? What is he specialist of ?

I'm struggling here. His tackling, intercepting aren't strong. He isn't defensive specialist. He isn't good dribbler who can evade pressure, control the game from the midfield or the backline with his passing. He doesn't score goals or collect assists.

For what are we paying him for ? That he's nice guy and runs a lot ?

His strength is making the sport extremely boring to watch whenever he plays.

I'm still hopeful we can get rid of him like we did with Coquelin but Elneny is like homeless cat, you give them eat once and you never get rid of them. He would play here for free.

The club accepted a £10m bid for him from Leicester, but he turned them down

Ivan keeping with his word.

‘It’s how well you can identify talent. It’s how well you can develop talent. It’s how strong your club philosophy is. It’s how together you are as a football club, what your support services are like in the medical field, fitness, analytics, psychology. All of these things become differentiators,’ said Gazidis.

‘Leicester identified players from the French second division, so maybe there’s talent that we’ve been overlooking,” said Gazidis. “They did their talent identification [well], they had great unity within the group, as well as quality.

‘It wasn’t built on money. It was built on the great fitness work they did. It was built on all of these other elements. I think that’s going to be a continuing trend within the Premier League.’

We were looking to sell but nobody but LCFC wanted him so they had to rethink their stance on Sideways Mo.
