Great all round performance today, just missing the goal.

No doubt he’ll start scoring again soon - he’s clearly Arteta’s first choice for that CF position.

So even when he performs great, which he did today if you have any conception or understanding of the game, he gets criticized. Some posters man, ffs. Even i am going soft for Özil now, cuz he deserves it.

Reinventing VAR 😡
Contributes a lot even when his shooting form is in absolute shambles. Confident that he will find from again soon.
Over the last two games he's been desperate to score and you can see it frustrates him, but he's been really aggressive and putting in a lot of effort, even if his shooting isn't great.
Once he gets that goal he'll be back to his best.

I agree with Hydro, seems he can't keep up for the 90 minutes and his lack of pace, kills our counters. I think of when Mesut did that lovely bit to keep the ball in play and squared it for him, only for Laca to be caught on his heels.

I thought he worked hard today and he whipped in an excellent ball that Pepe missed. Despite all this, I expect more and he needs to score.

Arsenal Quotes

I'm prepared to be committed to the club at least until we go into the new stadium. For me, it’s important that the club goes in there and that I make sure the team are at a very good level. After that, whether it’s me or someone else, the club will be able to compete at the highest level. But for me to run away now would not be fair.
