So its decided then. 2 more years. Its safe to think these will be his final two years. How it will go only time will tell but personally content with the decision since I don't feel we're ready for a change and we aren't likely to get the best replacement at the moment. You have to be realistic and pragmatic.

He has a point though - the change has to be much better planned than it would have been had he left now. They have 2 (more) years to ensure they get his succession right.

I posted even before the FA Cup final in this thread that I hope he stays. Allegri came out and said he is staying at Juve. You have to think about the clubs situation. Unless we are prepared for a major change what would be the point?
He will be replace Arsène if he quit tomorrow. He is the Best manager available for us Jardim and Allegri seem not leaving.

Yeah, exactly. I'd have liked it better if it was a one year extension. That should be long enough to prepare but there are most likely a lot of thinks that need looking at.

Great for Arsène staying. Özil will accept 280k and Wenger probably, bit worried about Alexis, hopefully he appreciates Wenger more than that change Pep will throw at him. Hoped they d go to 300k.
