I think Leno can go up a level, but having observed Pavelenka more closely, i really feel we should be going for him
That's not how transfers works. Even if it were, we certainly don't have the budget to conduct business this way.I'd sign him and Butland with the knowledge we can ship the worst one off for a similar price that we bought them at but Arsenal are terrible at negotiating.

seem he don't want to move to Serie A if that true. A.Madrid will buy him if only they sell Oblak and that seem unlikely .https://www.transfermarkt.de/leno-b...haben-wir-abgebrochen-ldquo-/view/news/307457
Leno's agent has confirmed aborted talks with SSC Napoli: "I can confirm we held talks with Napoli, which we aborted. Napoli is not an option."
Still linked to Arsenal and Atletico in the article.
An opinion on Leno, for what it's worth.

The few times I’ve seen him between the sticks for Die Mannschaft, he has almost never kept a clean sheet and has always made at least one big error that resulted in a goal against the Germans.
I’d rather promote Macey Tbh.
At this point I'd take Almunia back over the Chelsea double agent.
