I’m literally agreeing with Dok saying he’s not the same player who earned a move here.

A player doesn’t get a 33GA season by fluke though, especially when they had been trending upwards up till that point. That’s like calling Saka’s current season a fluke.

If you hate the man just say that
Bit different to do that in Ligue 1 and to do it the Premier League. Laca is doing very well this season in Ligue 1, but he was done as a Premier League player.

I wish Pepe well, but I don't think he has a future at Arsenal.

Apparently he is very good on the ball which is very important to how we play from the back. Only issue is he is slow like holding, no areal ability and physically weak

He's like opposite Holding, good with the ball, **** at defending. With Holding you get decent defending but he's **** with the ball.

I'm not a fan of holding ,but his ball playing is underrated. Got a decent line breaking and diagonals passes. Not Saliba levels but still ok.

Laca was done in the physically intensive role expected of him at Arsenal.

It’s not as simple as saying weaker league and we have so many examples of this I’m surprised it’s still mentioned. Bruno Fernandes has done better in the PL than the primera liga, as has Salah than in Serie A or Haaland in the Bundesliga. Sane has done better in the PL (at a younger age) than he’s ever done in his prime in Germany. Countless other examples of this as well.

If your point was true nobody would bother signing players outside of the PL.
As for your last sentence, who said otherwise?

Eric Garcia possible transfer:

Pros
- PL experience
- Has worked with Teta before and familiar with positional play.
- Suited to a possession-based football.
- Good passer
- composed & reads the game well.
- Young enough to improve further.
- Cheapish

Cons
- Not the quickest
- Not the strongest
- Not the best aerially.
- Not great at winning duels.

Personally I wouldn’t mind him as a Saliba back-up. We could do a lot worse.

Spanish Harry Maguire. Holding is a level above this guy.

Depends what you’re after. Holding has attributes generally more suitable for a CB in this league. But if you want a ball-playing CB for build up that can progress play and keep possession Garcia is more ideal.

You need center back that can defend and Garcia simply can't defend he make holding look solid
