I'm not so sure, I think as a youth coach he has a background that would really resonate with a playerDon't see him having a great career as a coach.
Makes sense, it will do him good to get out of the Arsenal bubble for a bit in terms of his coaching development.
Hopefully it's a springboard for a managerial role in the future.
