£25m is not the price, some "journalist" made that up and everyone has been taking it as gospel, it's never been true, when Arsenal made inquiries about Tierney the answer they got was £40m, that was done to ward off insulting bids like £15m, at £30m Celtic will ask KT if he wants the move, that agreement has been in place since KT signed his last contract.
