Seasons over, lets hope this thread heats up now.
In the mist of my Bender, a name popped up,

No more newbies/coneboys. We need first team manager experience.Zeljko Buvac? He's Dinamo Moscow's DoF since last year. Would have been a neat addition to Wenger's coaching staff back in 2018 if Arsène had stayed.
A very interesting current assistant who seems to be rated by a lot of people in the game and on the verge of becoming a manager is Zsolt Löw from the Red Bull franchise. Was assistant to Peter Zeidler, Adi Hütter, Ralf Rangnick, Ralph Hasenhüttl and is now Tuchel's sidekick since PSG.

But he’s a manager with actual experience of the job. Imagine that? Right now, the mess we’re in I’d take any of those bozos that people on here said they’d replace Arsène with, including Owen Coyle. Not convinced by Graham Potter tbh. Done well enough with Brighton but plenty of managers that never make it in big clubs.
By all means, he might do a better job than Arteta. But if they are going to replace him I hope the club aim higher. Can't afford anymore mistakes, although I suppose that could be said about keeping Arteta as well. **** situation to be in.But he’s a manager with actual experience of the job. Imagine that? Graham Potter looks a decent manager and we’re no longer a big club. We’re mid table and pretty much broke.

Not saying Potter would be my no 1 target/wish if Arteta got sacked, which he won't anyway, but it's a little bit funny tons of people on here were lusting for Arteta post Wenger and post Emery, a complete rookie with a mere three years as an assistant hyped up by word of mouth and the media, but would turn up their noses at Graham Potter as "not experienced/proven" enough despite having managed since 2011 at three different clubs and having shown a very clear identity and modus operandi during that decade.
surround him with specialists in every other area at the club
