Taking the long hard road, love it.

Feels like he's taking those hopeless teams as preparation to carry Manchester Untied out of their chaotic hell.

Alan Pardew is on the odds list 😭
Bookies just throw various names in, doesn’t mean much.

If there was an Arsenal manager odds list they’ll have Wenger, Vieira, Henry, Mourinho etc. We know none of them will be serious options.

Think he's done a decent enough job. Stayed on for 4 years, their squad has remained rather steady in terms of quality or even gotten worse, he's never massively splashed the cash, this summer they even made a profit, been quite consistent in their league finishes. Last time they finished in single digits their squad looked way different in terms of quality.

Yeah Southampton are really in a bad way these days, they look like a championship side almost. JWP is the only real good thing about them, even now without Broja they're going to be much worse. Look at the lineup they played vs Sp**s, that's a championship if I've ever saw one. Some managers don't have the luxuries of being backed with hundreds of millions every window, so we have to judge them accordingly.

He'd have done better than what we got. Southampton are **** and have very little investment, he did well at Leipzig and before etc, not even close between them.

I've gone off him since he always had Southampton show up against us yet roll over 0-9 to Leicester & their like

Still sad to see they don't seem like they are building anything. These days they just seem to behave as some kind of fast track development for kids in City and Chelsea's academy

Gone are the days where it was the opposite case and top clubs fought each other for the gem that Southampton just unearthed
