Yeah it's horrible to get straight to Championship level just turned 24 year old left-footed 190 cm LCB for 1,8 million euros.

I think it's pretty obvious he's talking about Ramsdale and his perception that he's better than him. Which is wrong (better shot stopper, perhaps, but more value added in total, considering how much better Ramsdale is in build-up, no).

Ramsdale is on a different planet with his passing than Leno. Leno wasn't good enough anymore in total, so it's not only a gamble regarding England future NT keeper, but that's a good point too.
United has resorted much more to long balls recently with De Gea after his plunders, it's pretty limiting and you lose more possession.
