How's this for a rumour

Peter Odemwingie for 4 million!!!

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1393687/Arsène-Wenger-wings-cut-price-bid-West-Brom-striker-Peter-Odemwingie.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/footba ... ingie.html</a>

Doesn't sound like a bad deal though I find it hard to believe that he was only signed on a two year deal last season!

Not sure how this rumour is founded as there are no quotes are ANYTHING at all to suggest that Arsenal are interested. Still a rumour is a rumour...

...I'm not (odem)WHINING about it...

The rumors of his arrival will probably Peter out over time.

I'd definitely take him for £4 million, sound business.

Re: Winging it with Odemwingie

Nice idea but to add a bit of perspective - he has 2 years left on his contract and scored 15 last season. Would cost closer to 14m than 4!!

Re: Winging it with Odemwingie

His 15 goals in 31 appearances in his first season are impressive for a WBA striker but I think he's a one season wonder ala Benny McCarty.. His overall goal scoring record is far from impressive.

Re: Winging it with Odemwingie

I don't see the fuss with Odemwingie. I saw quite a lot of him back when he was at Lille, and whilst his general play was quite decent, he was very wasteful in front of goal. That's generally been his weakness right throughout his career. Oh, and did anyone mention that the kid will be 30 in the summer?

Aparrantly West Bromwich has claimed that he will not leave West Brom and they will not sell.

And? If anything, that's a good thing.

On Odemwingie, he has been impressive this season.

15 league goals in that West Brom team is quite a decent record for a striker. I wouldn't mind if he replaced Bendy, but saying that I think the rumour is pure s**t.

Peter Odemwingie 'one step closer to Arsenal move'

West Brom striker Peter Odemwingie may be one step closer to a dream move to Arsenal after his club made an approach for Watford's Danny Graham.

Bloody pathetic articles all based on conjecture and "rumors".

Classic case of 1+1, ignoring the theorem of irrelevancy and taking into the account the assumption of hyperbole, not forgetting the desperate fans paradigm, equals a whole bunch of the excrement of the male bos taurus.

Re: Winging it with Odemwingie

Well Swansea has had a bid for Danny Graham accepted. <a class="postlink" href="http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11661_6965890,00.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528, ... 90,00.html</a>

Let's see if West Brom follow suit... and if things will go in place as the metro suggests.
