So you’d be happy for us to lose 5 league games in a row but its ok because it gives us time to “get our **** together”?

Its the reality of our situation mate, we are rebuilding and for that we need time.

At least we are starting from the proverbial bottom, and not falling out of the top four anymore.

We need time to understand the new system, and then add quality players to that system. I have no doubt that if the manager is given time and we back him financially, we will be more powerful a unit than Liverpool and Sp**s are today. Emery is just that good a manager for me.

AMN was great before he went off. Sokratis isnt giving opposition players space and winning everything in the air. Lichtsteiner good both going forward and defensively.

No one else has really put in a postitive performance for us.

Xhaka, Guendozi, Özil and Bellerin have been poor.

He couldn't risk Ramsey tbf but looking at the burst of speed Torreira has,we may have well played Elneny. Intelligence and pace in midfield helps and I'm not sure Ramsey would have tracked back quick enough he he had stayed on.
As I see it, Ramsey and Torreira has to be in midfield if they're fit. As for Ramsey tracking back, he's always been good at that. Always covered more ground than anyone else. I don't think that would be the issue. It would have to be he's just afraid that Ramsey would pull up if he's played too much.

Arsenal Quotes

I still have an interest in training and development, in the stages that make it possible for players first to acquire technique (between 7 and 12) and then to develop physically (between 12 and 16), then to deepen their mental resilience (between 17 and 19) and finally between 19 and 22 to acquire what is critical, like the roof of a house without which all the rest rots away: intelligence and motivation
