Glad we didn’t sign Buendia for 40m. Doesn’t look anything special.

Brentford looking decent in this game. I think they have a pretty good chance of staying up.

Must say it is rather nice to see Paddy on the sideline. You'd think he'd get a good reception at the Emirates.

Must be difficult when you are a top player trying to become a manager, but have to deal with much lesser players than yourself when starting out.

Take Vieira, the greatest CM the Prem has seen...must be difficult for him to be working with the midfield he has at Palace, they are so far below him as players...must be frustrating.

Can see why so many elite players struggle to be elite managers, must be hard to not just want to call all your players crap

These guys take short cuts straight to the top though, they've never had to do what Wenger, Klopp, Potter or Tuchel had to do to get to a Premiership team. Not even close.

True...though Vieira has taken a realistic career, America then France...compared to Gerrard who got Rangers straight, or Mikel who got ****ing Arsenal!

What it takes to be a top player, probably hinders you to be a top manager...think a lot of them just don't have the patience to do it correctly.

Wenger, Klopp, Potter or Tuchel had to do to get to a Premiership team. Not even close.

You can spot the "Riou" in this bunch, very easily...

Sp**s fans were turning their noses at Ings. If he stays fit then he’ll get 20 goals this season.

Excellent signing by Aston Villa. I would have had him here but we don’t create chances.

Arsenal played 1 game, dropped 19 places.

Arsenal without playing any games, but relying on other teams...I think have improved by 4 or 5 places.

Maybe this should be Arteta's new tactic?

Arsenal Quotes

My first ever football memory was Charlie George's double winning goal in 71. After that game; I just became an Arsenal fan.
