Brentford were really fired up, and every single decision from the first whistle until full time they were hounding the ref like peak Fergie ManU. Wonder what was said in their team talk? They were actually more fired up than Liverpool, but with less ability of course.

Great preparation for Tuesday, so thanks Brentford! And the international break is coming at a perfect time.
Just have to hope that all our players come through the international break unscathed especially Ode, Saka and Rice.

That Ramsdale mistake completely changed the game, gave Brentford confidence and became a cagey affair. Without his mistake we're probably cruising towards an easy 3-0
Don't know if we watched the same game. Thought we were looking slow and content from the start.

Watch this again. Look at Jesus moving slowly, almost imperceptibly backwards to prolong the exchange,

Truly elite-level sh*thousery
The moaning if we were in the receiving end😅. It's about time they Brentford get a test of their own medicine. Their 2-0 win in their first season really got to me.

Just slower than our usual levels. Slow by the definition and we don't get out of it with a win. Arteta has really raised our floor. When we are bad, we still play in a respectable way. No more thrashing! We are no longer the 8-2s and 10-2s banter club!

Had a look at their forum. They hate Arteta, feels Havertz should have been sent off and that the ref gave them nothing. Obviously forgetting their time wasting and going down like six times in the 2.half. Thought this was interesting though, more and more people realising that the atmosphere at the Emirates is among the better in the league actually.

"- Being at a Premier League game that actually had a great atmosphere from the home fans. Makes Anfield, Sp**s’ stadium and Old Trafford look like the Far Eastern tourist libraries that they are."

Hmm, the atmosphere was good yesterday but other than that they're jumping the shark with that comment. Where did they get that?

I tried to watch the Sp*rs match on television in my hotel yesterday, but I fell asleep.
